building on 4000 sqm plot to house various types of hospitality outlets on the main road of king Khalid street in the heart of Riyadh with dining area and children entertainment zone, the aim design was to create a contemporary mass, with beautiful water feature at entrance, to give an inviting feeling for all visitors.
Designed to be a flexible, collaborative, and highly sustainable building, adding Arabic pattern on the main entrance, allowing sunrise to enter the building from almost all sides, having full offices area at the 3rd floor, mezzanine balcony giving the lobby space a nice addition with beautiful marble flooring and fresh timber wood.

The interior design was based on the spaces being open using glass partitions including workstations for the employees.
Most of the design was modern where elegant and classy factors were taken into consideration for meeting rooms as well as rooms of upper management. Taking into accent of Zain’s color-coding to reflect its theme accordingly.
lifestyle Design with mixed use seating, parametric Design pattern with world wide flags was created on the main wall as a nice feature and one of the themes of the restaurant, some accessories and pendant light has been added to the restaurant to have another layer of casual yet relatable design.

Concept Design was taking from Emirates Branding Guide line, using some simple and nice graphics on the walls, two colors have been introduced into the retail shop, red and white, keeping everything simple and net.
