The Memar Architecture design team chose white paint for the exterior building of this elegant villa with 1000 sq. BUA.
As white best repels the harmful UV rays of the sun, and so on, it doesn’t fade when exposed to direct sunlight. The white paint, blue sky, and green landscaping all work well to give a relaxing and satisfying experience.
Moreover, we chose tinted glass as it ensures natural light while reducing glare from the bright outdoors and the amount of solar energy transmitted through the glass.
