The Memar Architecture team designed this unique villa located in Sharjah, Khor Fakkan. We achieved the unique building design with no excess materials; but rather using them in correct proportions and with elegant shape.
The special white paint reflects purity of the building, contrasting it with a unique dark marble for its strength and durability.
We used wood material in the exterior building as well, which has positive effects on the residents’ health.
Each material is well-designed in a way that we can make the most of its functionality by placing it in the right place and giving it the task that suits it. It’s never about mixing a large number of materials; it’s all about choosing and combining them in a well-studied way
