Project description

This modern luxury villa exterior design considers how, not how much, materials are used. Focusing on the quality of space and light, the tactile nature of materials, the attention to detail, and the craftsmanship afforded to both the design process and the build process. Taking into consideration uncommon architectural design and exceptional amenities.

High-end grey stone material, white paint concrete, and wood louvers are the materials considered in the exterior design of this villa.

A slatted wood wall designed to regulate airflow or light penetration. Used these slatted walls on windows to allow air or light in, while keeping sunshine or moisture out. Moreover, wood slat walls catch the light more interestingly, creating areas of light and shade. Placing flat white panels adjacent to the slatted feature provides an attractive change in texture.

Moving to the terrace, tropical large plants were chosen for their infinite benefits. Not only do tropical plants give an aesthetically pleasing look, but also fetch good health and mental peace.
