This two-story villa located in Dubai, Nad Al Sheba, follows a modern approach.
The front side exterior design consists of a special white paint material in addition to wood louvers and metal brass. Combining these materials in the right way and with the correct proportions.
The white paint finish provides a pleasant appearance, wood louvers regulate airflow or light penetration, while brass metal was added as a strong and durable material.
Some areas inside the villa are merged with the landscape by large glass windows with black frames, taking the experience of these areas to a different level. It feels like a natural private extension of the villa’s interior; this design lets residents enjoy total freedom to revel in all of their senses while sitting inside or outside.

Inside, the entrance consists of a combination of white paint and wood walls. This timeless combo brings warmth and brightness to the entrance in addition to marble stairs and a touch of gold elements that are stunning and eye-catching upon entering the villa, Neutral colors were chosen for the beautiful master suite with some artwork to complete the modern look and a green feature to keep the positive energy in the room.

 Moreover, a simple Tv panel was also used to divide the bed zone of the master suite and the seating area of this space. Adding some gold touches to create a classy-looking interior space that is restful and serene, yet never dull.

The contemporary kitchen consists of light-colored marble and different tones of wood with a grayish theme. This mix of colors between cold, warm, and natural materials creates a stunning and special entity. The glass doors of the kitchen allow residents to cook and eat on the landscape view, which results in feelings of relaxation and calmness.
