Mr. Hammadi Villa

Type: Residential
Location: Dubai, UAE
Built-up area: 1200 sqm

Project description

This complete and symmetrical building is located in Dubai with a 1200 sq.m built-up area.
Its exterior design is of a classical style, using white stone to reflect purity and to create a creative and functional architecture, with a square shape for the roadside while it becomes curved on the opposite side.
The architecture is lifted by light study and beautiful simple elements.
However, white paint, marble, and wood were the most used materials in the interior design of the villa creating a modern and luxurious atmosphere.

The confluence of curved shapes, straight lines, and right angles further cement the feeling of being at a crossroads but without any urgency to move in one direction or another.
Furthermore, the lamp in this villa is programmed to appear dim whenever is needed and naturally lighted when inhibitors choose.
White paint was dominant in the entrance, in addition to a marble panel and a marble floor, with a touch of gold for a glamorous and elegant impression.
The living room, where the family usually spends most of the time, was designed with a modern open-layout design. The mix of white paint and the white marble floor, in addition to the white-cozy couches, gives an earthy and fresh spirit.

The living room glass door is very essential, to ensure embracing the natural lighting of early morning and late afternoon. Moreover, adding some plants to it to keep the positive energy in the space.
Regarding the salon, it also contains a white marble floor, a mix of veneer wood, and white marble panels. These two materials work so beautifully together, marble material inherently gives a cool, cold tone to modern spaces, while wood warms up the area.
To stay within the salon spirit, its bathroom consists of a white marble wall and floor with a combination of gold paint for a trendy and glamorous look.

Spacious, elegant, modern, and glamorous – this master bedroom has it all. On the right side of the bedroom bed, there is a marble wall with a small volume in the middle, that has been crafted to hold a contemporary feature fireplace and to divide the room into two separate zones.

Behind the dividing wall, there is the breathtaking Jacuzzi area, that is heavily covered with white marble and a touch of gold for the maximum experience.
