This two-story villa located in Dubai, Jumeirah Pearl is a dream come true with its contemporary exterior design approach, using natural elements of neutral-colored stone and wood.
Light gray stone was used for the main façade as it is considered a calming and soothing stone that brings comfort, aesthetic appeal, and functionality. Contrasting the look with black stone for the boundary walls of the villa, creating a combination that is extraordinary, unique, and strictly elegant.
For completion of the natural look, wood louvers were used in both ceilings and wall panels, giving warmth to the building. In addition, wood louver panels allow air or light in; while keeping sunshine or moisture out.
Large, open-framed windows make the most of this villa setting, while the balconies allow a comfy seat to the outdoor view.
The interior part of the villa is connected to the swimming pool by panoramic glass walls, allowing the feel of serenity and relaxation and creating a show-stopping highlight in this one-of-a-kind design.
