Mr. Asnani Villa

Type: Residential
Location: Dubai, UAE
Built-up area: 1300 sqm

Project description

This eye-catching two-story residence villa keeps in close contact with its natural environment in UAE, Dubai Hills.
The modern contemporary style was approached for this villa using wood, stone, and glass materials for the exterior design.
The use of wood walls in the exterior is always aesthetically appealing and sustainable. It is a beautiful natural high-volume material, combining it with some large clear glass windows to add stunning views for each area in the villa and provide access to natural light.

On the other hand, wood material was widely used in the contemporary villa interior design. It is an extremely elegant material that gives each space a timeless charm. Moreover, it is solid, durable, resistant and easily combined with other materials.

The majestic entrance has been designed with outstanding elements that add to the luxurious look, with a bespoke chandelier in the middle of it to enrich the experience level.
Introducing a stunning stone cladding to the main wall of the living room with sliding gold panels to the TV unit, in addition to large glass windows to enjoy natural sun and green views that are essential for both, our mental and physical health.

Concerning the male’s bedroom on the first floor, it is of wooden theme and a touch of dark blue.  The wooden-paneled design gives a unique and extraordinary look. Forming curved waves upon plywood creates an interesting interplay with a planet-like light. Adding dark blue color for the bed, the cozy couch, and the chair for the completion of the natural look. Placing the puff chair beside the glass window to relax while enjoying the view.

A modern bathroom vanity, black metal freestanding bathtub, and two symmetric mirrors for a dramatic and evolving bathroom. Having a modern light feature behind the mirrors to push the experience of the resident to the maximum.
