This modern villa design has an exterior of white rough concrete façade material in addition to wood louvers.
The white color is the coolest and the cleanest. To enhance the feeling of cleanliness and freshness in the exterior building, a chocolate-wood tone was used in contrast with the white color, giving warmness to the building, resulting in the perfect balance.
Wood louvers were chosen to enhance the appearance and control the amount of light that gets into the villa. Louvers allow air and light in while keeping sunshine or moisture out.
On the other side of the villa, the same materials are used with a timelessly modern shape. The ground floor spaces are integrated with the breathtaking landscape. Also, the five bedrooms with the open living space on the first floor have a landscape view through the transparent windows.
The most pleasant interiors are connected to the landscapes, sitting inside in a cozy sofa, and looking out to see the blue sky, green area, in addition to being exposed to natural light, will surely give residents the maximum serene and relaxation feeling.
